Beautiful cultural art everywhere

I really loved the cozy decor and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool area during my stay. The spa services were a nice surprise, and I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage while soaking up the sun on the terrace. The only hiccup was the slow elevator, but honestly, it didn’t put a damper on my experience. 😊

The property had a vibrant color scheme that created a welcoming atmosphere! The staff were friendly and attentive, making our family feel valued during our brief stay.

While the ambiance was delightful, certain amenities fell short of what we expected.

I had a fantastic stay at Xbalamque & Spa Cancun Centro. The unique decor really caught my eye, and I loved the spacious room. The staff member who helped me during check-out was helpful with great recommendations. I did experience some noise issues late at night, but overall, it was a lovely trip.

Good vibes, but some issues

We stayed for 6 nights and had a decent time. There was no hot water a couple of times, which was annoying. The snack bar had some good options, but getting extra blankets took forever. Also, the vendors outside can get pretty pushy! Wish they'd focus more on the guests than the outside sales.

In my wife’s opinion, more towels for the pool would have been great.

Location was great for getting around Cancun, with many dining options nearby. The room was spacious, but I had issues with noise from the air conditioning unit right outside my window, making my stay a bit uncomfortable. However, I appreciated the hot shower and the calm atmosphere in the evenings after a busy day exploring. Overall, it was a decent experience despite the noise.

This hotel was a nightmare! The room doors are paper thin, and I could hear every noise from outside. The bathroom was a total disaster with a broken toilet that they barely fixed during my stay. Plus, the lobby felt like a sauna with no air conditioning, making it unbearable to wait there. I regretted my decision as soon as I checked in.

I recently stayed here after my previous tour around cancun, and this place exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and the hot shower was a nice surprise, especially after struggling to find one in other hotels. The calm ambiance at night made for a perfect evening walk.

my stay at xbalamque & spa cancun centro was enjoyable. the staff was super pleasant and accommodating. i loved the maya theme, it was really cool and informative! the location is great, with easy access to local sights. the spa was a highlight for me with excellent massages.

Better room soundproofing for peaceful nights.

Stayed for one night, and the bed was surprisingly comfy despite the low expectations. Enjoyed the unique decor and the cute towel animals on the bed.
